Dear Members,
We are running a Mental Game Workshop called “The Reset Process” hosted by former Irish No.1 Yvonne Doyle on Monday 6th November from 7:30-9pm. Tea and coffee will be available from 7pm and the bar will be open afterwards. The workshop is open to members 16 years and older.
The cost is €22 per person and the number for the Workshop is limited to 30. Sign up is available under the Events tile on Smart, select the ‘The Reset Process – Mental Game Workshop’ option.
