If you are experiencing intermittent email receipt from CWLTC. Please add info@cowicklowltc.com & admin@smartclubcloud.com as contacts in your email system. Adding info@ as a contact tells the wider internet that CWLTC is a safe sender whose content you trust. Doing this will guarantee you receive all email communications from CWLTC into your Inbox every time. Adding admin@smartclubcloud does the same as described above and will guarantee you receive all email communications about your Smart Club account into your Inbox, for example if you request a reset of your password OR a reminder of your username. Court Booking is Now Open

Dear Members, Court bookings can be made now,  with play beginning again on Tuesday 1st of December. NB. Please remember all players on court must appear in the bookings system. Pre Level 5 lockdown, we were aware of the huge pressure on court time as a result of members playing more often and new members joining.  Some members were therefore unable to book times to play they would normally be accustomed to playing. Troubleshoot your Smart login Username = firstname.surname.xxxx   Your username in smartclubcloud.com is firstname.surname.xxxx (where xxxx is your membership number) e.g. john.smith.1234. Your membership number will appear on any invoices from the club. Still can’t login….. Remember your username is not your email address and you can only get a password reminder if you have your username which is firstname.surname.xxxx. Your username/password would have been emailed to you in 2 separate emails. Tennis during Level 5 *Update*

Dear Members, Tennis Ireland released a statement late last night (Wednesday 21/10/20, see link below) which allowed restricted play to take place during the Level 5. This morning we have been told that Sports Ireland are insisting Tennis be shut down. Will we keep you updated as the situation develops.
