Dear Members,
Its that time of year again as the General Committee are busy preparing for Open Week, which runs from Saturday the 29th of July to Saturday the 5th of August.
Open Week presents a unique opportunity for CWLTC to open our doors and show the broader tennis community what a great club we are and what great hosts we are. As always Open Week will contain lots of great tennis, great food and lots of entertaining evenings.
In order to get the club looking its best we are doing lots of work to the grounds to prepare for the occasion, however, there is one area that we need your assistance with.
We are looking for green fingered volunteers to help us get the entrance and car park area of the club looking its best. We will provide all tools, plants etc, and we will organise an afternoon for the group to come together to get the club looking fantastic. Following our afternoon’s work we will provide refreshments and nibbles in the clubhouse by way of thanks.
