Dear Members, The 2023 Floodlit League campaigns are starting on September 25.  Matches are played on Monday and Tuesday evenings.  Each team consist of 4 players and the format of each fixture is 2 singles matches and 1 doubles match.   Anyone aged 14 and over as at 31st December 2022 is eligible to play.   To sign up, please log in to Smart Club, click on the Events tile and select 'Leagues' from the drop down. Dear Members, Our 2023 Senior Club Championships are starting on Saturday September 9 and will run over 2 weeks with finals night taking place on Friday September 22.  Entry is now open, to enter click here. There are a total of 16 events including Championship and Graded events, and competitors may enter a maximum of 3 events, with a maximum of 2 singles events.   Competitors requiring a doubles partner are required to select "PARTNER REQUIRED" when entering. Dear Members, Sign up for Senior/Over 35 League is now up on Smart Club. As per 2022, we have entered three teams for both ladies and men. Our ladies teams are in Classes 3, 4 & 5 and our men's teams are in Class 2 with 2 teams in Class 4. Dear Member,   We are holding our Senior Open Week Raffle in aid of Enjoy Tennis again this year. Enjoy Tennis is a Tennis Ireland program for players with physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities to learn and enjoy playing tennis in clubs throughout Ireland. We currently have three Enjoy Tennis groups in the Club from Newcourt School, Sunbeam House and St Cronan's National School. The groups are great fun and, according to feedback from the service providers, the highlight of the week for most of the players.   All monies raised from raffle ticket sales will go towards the Enjoy Tennis coaching costs.  We have an…

Dear Member,   The 2023 Sherry FitzGerald CWLTC Senior Open is starting this Saturday and the draw is available here.  The schedule for the weekend has been published with play commencing at 9.00am both days. The kitchen and the bar will be open from 12pm on both Saturday and Sunday and the BBQ will be operating from 4pm to 8pm. Dear Member,   DLTC are planning to run an Over 60's Ladies League in the autumn. Matches will be played at 11am on Wednesday mornings.  Round Robin matches will be scheduled on 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th September and 4th October.  Play Off dates are TBC. Players who reach the age of 60 by 31st December 2023 are eligible to compete and teams shall be made up of 3 doubles pairings.
