Covid-19 Phase 3 Update

Dear Members Many of you have been enjoying playing tennis over the last number of weeks and we would like to thank and acknowledge members adherence to the extremely strict guidelines which allowed us back to play tennis. We are approaching the point at which Phase 3 can commence under the Irish Government’s Roadmap for Reopening Society and Business.  This is scheduled to happen next Monday 29th June. Dear Members, We are delighted to have our courts open again from next Monday 18th. We must emphasise that our behaviour as members is crucial to ensure that Tennis is not removed from the short list of allowable activities: - For all our sakes PLEASE DO NOT Pick up tennis balls not your own. We will re-open on the 18th of May!

Dear Members, We warmly welcome An Taoiseach’s confirmation that we can re-open for play on a restricted basis in the first phrase of the Governments roadmap. Tennis Ireland have prepared a draft protocol on the safe resumption of restricted play, they intend finalising this in the coming week and expect to issue clear advise to the clubs well in advance of the re-opening of clubs on a limited basis on the 18th. Cancellation of Summer & Mixed Leagues

Mar 30th, 2020 DLTC Announcement DLTC Website The DLTC regrets to have to inform all tennis players, club officials and DLMs that owing to the current Government guidelines regarding COVID-19, it has decided to cancel Summer League 2020 and Mixed League 2020. The DLTC does not currently have access to its office in David Lloyd, Riverview. The DLTC will liaise with Clubs regarding refund of Summer League Entry Fees when matters are restored to normal.
