Dear Members
We are pleased to inform you that the 2020 Club Championships will go ahead this year from the 12th to the 26th September. Unfortunately the current COVID-19 restrictions remain in place so we would ask all players not to remain on the premises after their match and no spectators. However despite this the tennis will continue and all levels will have an opportunity to play some competitive matches. We are looking forward to seeing all of our new and old members taking part, as the Championships are suitable for all players.
We have graded events to ensure that all levels, and in particular newer members, are catered for. In addition, this year the class B singles events (which is intended for non-league playing members) will have a plate event for first round losers. We are also encouraging our juniors who are eligible to play leagues to enter (either the championship or grade A events, depending on ability).
We are also offering a Tie-Break Tens event for all participants who are not in a final. This is a fast knock out event for all levels playing just one tiebreak per match and the winner progresses to the next round. It is a fun and competitive event to allow all players to be involved on Finals Day. You do not have to enter this tie-break tens event online – it is a free event and players will be entered on the Friday before Finals Day by the Committee.
The entry for the 2020 Club Championships is now online.

Entries will only be taken online and payment must also be made online, as in the current climate it is very important to make entries contactless.
To enter online you must have a Tennis Ireland pin number. The process is very simple. Any queries please contact Ciara 0868250044.
