Just a reminder of the procedure regarding non-members/guests playing in the Club. This applies for both junior and senior age categories.
- Guest players must be accompanied by a member and may be included in off-peak bookings, ie pre-6pm Monday to Friday and post-12pm on Sundays.
- The cost per hour is €7.50. The member making the booking must have enough credit in their Smart Purse or the booking won’t proceed. If a booking is cancelled prior to the date & time of play the member will be refunded the €7.50 charge.
- When booking a court, please select ‘Show Guest Option’ and select ‘Add Guest (non-peak)’ from the drop down menu.
- The guest full name MUST be entered correctly into the NAME -1 field.
- Only one guest is permitted per match e.g. a game of singles / a game of doubles with three members.
- A guest is not permitted to play more than once per month.
