Court bookings can begin again from tomorrow Wednesday 21st.
NB. Please remember all players on court must match the court booking for that court.
NB. Please be mindful of our neighbours for bookings before 9am.
A reminder of the changes to the booking system we made last November.
- 1 hour booking slots.
- Courts 1,2 & 3 bookable on the hour
- Courts 4,5 & 6 bookable on the half hour
- 5-day advance booking
- Junior Restrictions (Monday to Friday)
- Juniors cannot book a court OR be a part of a booking post 6pm on courts 1,2 & 3.
- Juniors cannot book a court OR be a part of a booking post 6:30pm on courts 4,5 & 6
- Junior Restrictions (Sunday Mornings)
- Juniors cannot book OR be a part of a booking on courts 4, 5 & 6 before 12:30pm
- Juniors cannot book OR be a part of a booking on court 1 before 12pm
We promised at the time to review these in January; however, we did not get a good enough run of play to see how they went. Please give us your feedback as they bed down.
We have already run into an issue with the 1 hour booking slot change. A scenario we did not foresee was private coaching classes. Normally given in half hour sessions. Unfortunately, there is no way for a coach to book a half hour.
An upside is, we know there are plenty of members who would like to be able to play for an hour and a half. You can book the following time slots to do just that. The coaches will let us know if there are any changes.
From Wednesday 28th
– Court 6 – 3:30-4:30pm (Coaching to 3pm for 10 Weeks, therefore 3pm to 3:30pm is unbooked and available. Start @ 3pm)
From Friday 30th
– Court 6 – 3:30-4:30pm (Coaching to 3pm for 10 Weeks, therefore 3pm to 3:30pm is unbooked and available. Start @ 3pm)
From Monday 3rd
– Court 5 – 4:30-5:30pm (Coaching from 6pm for 8 Weeks, therefore 5:30pm to 6pm is unbooked and available)
From Thursday 6th
– Court 5 – 4:30-5:30pm (Coaching from 6pm for 8 Weeks, therefore 5:30pm to 6pm is unbooked and available)
