Dear Members, On seeing the tragic events unfolding in the Ukraine some of our members have decided to try to Raise funds for Ukraine via Unicef. They are holding an afternoon of Tea/Coffee and Cake in the Club this Saturday 5th of March from 2-5pm So please come along for a relaxing chat with friends and we will do our best to raise some badly needed funds. Dear Members, Massive congratulations to the 7 teams that have progressed out of their Winter League groups and made it through to the knock out stages. Dear Members, The Tennis Committee would like to announce a new event in the club calendar this year - the inaugural CWLTC Spring Singles Championships. The competition will run over two weeks during the course of the Easter holidays. This tournament is a singles only event and will rival the Club Championships in importance. The Club has purchased some lovely silverware so let's see who will be the first names on the trophies! There will be three levels of competition for both men and women. Team Tennis is an event for all levels and abilities in the club. We would especially encourage new members to join in as it is a great way to get some games and meet new people. Dear Members, The Easter Cup returns this year and is open to men aged 35 and over, who are class 8 or non-league players. This is a long running social and fun competition played between clubs in / around south county Dublin.  Matches are played at 11am on a Saturday morning, either home or away.  The competition will run for 7 weeks and is starting on February 12.  Each team consists of 6 players and the doubles pairings are drawn on the day of the match. Dear Members, We are delighted to let you know that, following the easing of restrictions, the Club Bar will be reopening tomorrow evening and will be open each Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening as normal. We also hope to have the bar open for the Irish 6 Nations Rugby matches, with the first match kicking off at 2.15pm on Saturday February 5. In order to be able to open our Club Bar, we rely on the goodwill of our members.
