Dear Parents,
You can now pay for your child’s coaching by credit or debit card using your Smart Club account.
Two EVENTS have been set up in Smart Club “1 Hour (10 Weeks)” & “2 Hours (10 Weeks)“.
NB. Both EVENTS are dated 26/04/2021, please ignore these dates. The exact dates and times for your child’s coaching is arranged by Conor Casey.
Parent who is also a Member
- To pay for your child/children please login using your own account details. You must be set up as the “head of family” in the system. How can you check this? Look in the MEMBERSHIP tile if all your family members appear there you are the Head of Family. If not, reply to this email and we will make you the “Head of Family”.
Parent who is not a Member
- Login using your child’s Smart Club account details. If two or more of your children are members, one of your children’s accounts will already be “head of family” normally the oldest child.
How to pay?
- Click the EVENTS tile.
- Select your 1st child’s name.
- Select the EVENT you want to book for that child i.e., “1hr” or “2hr” add that to the Cart.
- Select your 2nd child’s name.
- Select the EVENT you want to book for that child i.e., “1hr” or “2hr” add that to the Cart.
- Click the “Shopping Cart” button to check out.
Discounts for multiple children are applied in the shopping cart, with one exception see below.
NB. The system cannot apply discounts correctly if you book different EVENTS for your children, for example Child 1 = “1 Hour (10 Weeks)” & Child 2 = “2 Hours (10 Weeks)”. Please continue and pay the full amount, we will process a refund to your card for the discount that should have been applied.
