Cardio Coaching with Conor
Cardio Fit Tennis is a fun group activity which is a mix of both Tennis and a Cardiovascular workout. Women can burn 300 plus calories and men 500 plus calories per workout.
It is a type of interval training which is periods of high intensity workouts followed by short periods of rest. So not only can you improve your tennis you can also improve your health and fitness.
Cost: 50 euro for 5 sessions
When: Wednesday 12.30pm Start Date: 24th May Finish date: 28th June
What you need : Your racket and a heart rate monitor to make sure you are working in the proper heart rate zone for your cardiovascular workout. You can buy them in chemists and local stores eg Argos (Please consult your doctor if you have any health issues)
