Tennis Attire	Can we remind all members that the club rules regarding tennis attire (as per the club constitution) requires , that "All members are expected to play in appropriate Tennis attire (shoes, socks and top) which is predominantly white; and a single colour skirt or shorts; or a predominantly white top and skirt and shorts (matching set). Predominantly means 75%"
*Club Coach*	CWLTC are delighted to announce the appointment of Conor Casey as club coach. On behalf of all committees we wish Conor the very best in the year ahead.
*AGM*	Dear Member, Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 3rd December 2008, at 8 p.m. in The Clubhouse. NOMINATIONS: Please Note: Nominations for General Committee positions must be received by me in writing at least 7 days in advance of the AGM (i.e. by Thursday 27th November). This applies to all General Committee positions, i.e. Chairman, Vice Chairman, Hon. Secretary, Hon. Treasurer, (Executive Officers), Club Captain, Ladies Captain, Men's Captain and all ordinary officers. Nominations will only be accepted on the night of the AGM if numbers are below that required to fill the committee. If there are positions for which more than one nomination is received, then there will be an election at the AGM. If you wish to nominate a member for any of these positions, please obtain their consent, complete the nomination form (available in the clubhouse) and post it to me in the Clubhouse to arrive by 8pm on Thursday 27th November 2008. Please remember that any member of at least two years standing is eligible for nomination. MOTIONS OR RULE CHANGES: Advance notice is also required of any motions that members wish to put before the AGM. A copy of any proposed alterations to the rules to be considered at the AGM must be submitted in writing to me at least eight days prior to the AGM - by Wednesday, 26th November, 2008. The General Committee wish to thank you for your support and participation in the various tennis events and social functions held during the year. Ameruican Tournaments	Details of next American Tournament to be announced Come along and support - it's a great way to start the weekend.
*Bar Committee*	volunteer to work in the bar or if you have any comments or suggestions please contact the General Committee or email the Bar Committee
*Member's Area*	Access to the members' area is via username and password, you should have received your new log in details. If you have having difficulties, please send email to webmaster and you will receive log in details. Included in this area are photos from the club championship finals night, a members forum for disucssion item and contact details for club members.
*Lost property*	There is a lot of property being left in the club, this includes, racquets, clothing - t-shirts, sweatshirts, tracksuits, etc.... If you or your children have left clothing in the club - we will now retain it for 30 days and after then it will be left to a clothes recycling agency.
*Tennis Memorabilia*	The house committee is putting together a display of tennis memorabilia, and they are looking for items to display. They are looking for old racquets, event programmes – e.g, Davis Cup, Wimbledon, signed tennis balls, etc…. so if you have items you wish to loan/donate to the display you can contact or email the house committee.
